Ordering and Returns

  • How can I place my order?
  • The easiest way to place you order and make a payment is over the internet in our e-shop. But you can also contact our Sales department and place your order over the phone.
  • How do i know the envelope is the right size for my cards?
  • Generally the envelope should be around 10mm bigger than your insert. We offer samples of many of our products, should you wish to check the size or colour before placing your order
  • Can i get some advice on choosing the right envelope?
  • If you have any query at all or simply prefer to place your order over the phone, please call us on and we will be happy to help. The lines are generally manned from 8.30 - 5.30 Monday to Friday.
  • Is there any minimum quantity?
  • You may purchase just one item or as many as you like! The more you buy, the bigger the discount.
  • Can i get a discount if i buy a larger quantity?
  • Standard discounts of between 10% and 60% apply when you order over 50 items of any particular product. Further discounts and promotions may be also available online from time to time.
  • What happens if I want to return any of the products I have purchased?
  • You can return your products in whole or in part as long as they are not printed, damaged or used. You have 14 calendar days from the order's receipt to return the products and inform us via email.
  • Once you get the return number, you have again, 14 calendar days to send the order back to our facilities (shipping is at your expense). Once we receive and check the material, we will proceed with the corresponding payment.
  • Product changes are always managed as returns and new purchases. You must follow the steps indicated before: notification and return and in this case, place a new order on the website with the product you prefer.
  • How accurate is the stock level information on your website?
  • We endeavour to ensure that the website reflects the stock levels held in our warehouse but some products can sell out very quickly, therefore, placing an order with us does not guarantee availability. We will, of course, make every effort to fulfill your order and if this is not possible we will let you know as soon as possible.
    Alternatively, to avoid disappointment you can contact us on to check availability or even reserve stock if you require a large quantity.
